Serge Dubreuil
Serge Dubreuil was born in Montreal in 1938. Very young, his parents noticed his great sense of observation. Dubreuil starts expressing himself by simple pencil drawings. More and more young Serge establishes a contact with forms and colours of his surroundings. This personal perception will develop until he realises that his life will be consacrated to the creation and diffusion of beauty.

The "Domaine de l'Érablière Aurèle Deslauriers" has been in operation for more than 5 years. During the spring season you can come and enjoy a typical sugar bush meal and during the fall we offer you a wild game feast unique in its kind. We produce a very high quality maple syrup using traditional methods. It is then used in the making of our many maple products such as our maple butters and jams, our candy and lolli pop as well as in our famous "fondant".
